Animated paper doll delivers greetings
Easier than reading – that’s the name of a new website providing an innovative kind of e-card.
With just four simple steps internet users can create and send messages for free. The special thing about it is, that the recipient doesn’t even have to read, because the message will be delivered orally by an animated avatar.
This is how it works: Simply choose your favorite character from a selection of rather has-been celebrities, personalize the background and movements of your avatar and record the message, which the interactive postman is going to spread.
And…voilá the digital greeter for your friends and foes is ready.
The animation is designed in a paper cutout style – the avatar looks like a paper doll cut out of a magazine and the interchangeable backgrounds look like a pop up postcard.
The “easier than reading” avatar is a funny tool to digitize your personal message and definitely worth a try.
