On his website you are first greeted by a well dresses lady who ensures you, that there can be no better surgent for your needs. She talks about Dr. Bolton and his unique transplant technique and guarantees that all the before and after photos were taken within one session.
She is not the only spokesperson on the site though. There is a seperate section called „video FAQs“ where there are several questions linked to videos. In every video Dr. Bolton shows up in a little window and extensively answers the question.
Having a web presenter on your website is already a very popular way of personalizing your online presence, but using this technique in such a variety and to answer FAQs is very innovative and a good example for what you can do with an online presenter.
