She is not the only spokesperson on the site though. There is a seperate section called „video FAQs“ where there are several questions linked to videos. In every video Dr. Bolton shows up in a little window and extensively answers the question.
Having a web presenter on your website is already a very popular way of personalizing your online presence, but using this technique in such a variety and to answer FAQs is very innovative and a good example for what you can do with an online presenter.
