Adidas shows “Flash” in performance

When you think of such a big brand name like Adidas you automatically expect a certain quality and professionalism. The first impression is the most important and apparently the company’s web designers seem to know that.

The video on the loading screen has a unique and interesting style and is the first thing you will see when entering the website. The main page is not less impressive. It is all about the new “Y-3” Collection. Compared to all the sports articles and fitness shoes this collection has a rather elegenat, young and modern touch. The site is divided in several pictures of models who start to walk when you move your mouse on them. At the same time the picture fades into different lights, shades and colors.

One click later and you will see the selected model in full screen, walking towards you while you are able to take a closer look at the model and the clothes it is wearing. You can even get more information about these pieces by clicking the links on the side of each model.

The whole page theme is very interesting and entertaining and you can clearly see the effort that must have been put into the design.

Regardless of how you like this collection or their clothes in general you should definitely take your time and visit the website. It perfectly shows how the future of modern homepage design could look like.
