Personal Customer Contact in the Internet

Which company doesn’t know this problem: you get your own website and use the Internet as a tool, in order to offer your customers a fast and comfortable service, but at the same time you lose personal contact. Every company would like to offer its customers an individual service, but the bigger and more interactive the company, the harder it is to accomplish this task.

The Internet seems to trigger these problems, but it also presents a solution - website moderation.

Patrick G. Rueff, CEO of Hotelmarketing.de seized this opportunity. He recorded his own moderation clips with yaoti.com, and now welcomes his users personally on his home page. He presents his company and explains the services and the business policy. In a second short clip, he goes more int detail concerning services, this clip can be found under “Leistungen”.

The clips establish a first rate contact to the customers, because who wouldn’t feel important and cared of, when welcomed by the company’s boss personally. Additionally Mr Rueff gives his company a face by presenting himself online.
