And how could you present such a business better than with two real life avatars who give the visitor all the information he needs about products, services and the company itself?
The woman and the man interact perfectly with each other as they seem to have a little conversation about the company while they are actually talking to you. It loosens the whole atmosphere and personalizes the website, because it is easier to listen to a duo talking about this company in a friendly, relaxed way than to read all the information in several sections.
Avatars on websites are already very popular in the U.S., but you don’t necessarily have to be a big American company to use such a feature. German websites also know the advantage of one or even more spokespeople as you can see e.g. at showstarmusic (here).
The popularity of integrating one and more persons into a website is constantly growing and using this feature is not implicitly a matter of money or business size.
