Acura, a company famous for its high quality cars has got many dealerships all over the world. In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, one of them decided to take its online presence to the next interactive level.
The dealership’s website is now equipped with a web presenter, a young, blond woman at the bottom of the page. She is dressed in black, but still has a white glow surrounding her which indicates bad keying and/or lighting.
She welcomes every visitor with her gentle, calm tone and makes him aware of the latest cars and special offers and deals.
The spokeswoman was put on the site, so that customers get a better first impression when they visit the homepage. This special treatment gives visitors the feeling of being welcomed and cared for, while they explore the company’s offers.
